Okay people, tell me - what the hell is going on in this country, huh? You tell me if I'm dreaming or what, but this shit seems to me like we are living in a movie - and a bad C-grader at that!

Firstly, we have a president in power that’s building a 22 million rand house with our cash.

Secondly, a deputy president of the ruling party who is in court for corruption and thinks that a good shower after having NON-CONSENSUAL sex with a person that's HIV-positive (instead of using a condom) will keep you free from disease.

And thirdly, the ex-Mayor of Amanzimtoti was arrested for murder a while ago because he killed someone in a fight over a woman.

We have some of the highest stats in the world for fraud, rape and violent crimes and this is the example we are set by our government.

Excuse me while I chant "We don't need no water let the motherfuckers burn! Burn motherfucker - burn!".

The question is: are we willing to stand around with our fingers up our arses and do nothing about it, or are we going to get serious and realise that we are pretty fucked if this is how our leaders are acting now because what comes later? 'What do we do?' you may ask (the same thing I ask myself all the time).

Well, ungaas umfowethu - I've got enough on my plate just running my own meagre existence without taking on the law and shit. Hell, I could probably get jailed for this article, but fuck it, we gotta speak up sometime and if this article is the start of something then bring it on I tell you, but just don't ask me to organise it. Think of how many people you know that are living abroad 'cos they just can't handle this shit that we call day-to-day life. For fuck's sake, I can count the people that aren't on one hand practically. The thing with me is that this is my home and I will be Fucked, yes with a capital F, if I'm gonna give that up for some bullshit I don't support, agree with or like for that matter.

I love this country and will leave the day I have to, like when it turns into an extension of Zimbabwe (which I hope will never come) but with the people running this country doing what they are now, then what comes later?
