I saw and Gore's Inconvenient Truth and thought that it was actually quite well done. Granted there were some cheap shots at Bush, but if I was Gore I'd have probably gone further in showing up Bush for the true idiot he is.
I am a bit skeptical about Gore's intentions and will be surprised if he doesn't run for president again, he is after all a politician. Still he has done more than anyone else I can think of in raising the alarm bell and bringing climate change into the spotlight.
You have to consider that the world today would be in much better shape had Gore won the presidential election...

Oh and Joburg gets to party on 7/7/2007 thanks in part to Mr Gore!
